📞 Why voice calls?

If SMS is ignored and laundry still isn’t retrieved, we may place a voice call to reduce machine blocking.

By manually entering your phone number into the SpinNudge web form and submitting a laundry session request, you provide express consent to receive recurring automated transactional SMS and voice calls related to that session.
